LARGE Old Cast Aluminum and sheet metal Whirligig originally found on a building at Camp Cobbossee in Winthrop, Maine. Original and untouched. Circa 1930. Measures  41" length overall. Figures Stands 16" tall.

 

 

 

 

HUGE and EARLY Navajo Rug with ganado red and unusual indigo blue. Measures 7 feet by 10 feet.

 

 

   

Early Militia Material recently found in a New Hampshire attic.

         

Recently discovered Cvil War Autograph Album of the 57th Mass. Vols. that is signed by several KIAs and wounded. The album was autographed a short time before their devastating engagement at the Battle of the Wilderness.

      Very rare 19th Century Carte de Visite Photograph Album from the Port Townsend, Washington Territory that includes many photos related to the United States Revenue Marine (Coast Guard) Steam Ships "Thomas Corwin" and "Lincoln".

       These photos include many  identified crew members, views of homes (also identified) in Port Townsend as well as photos of both the "Revenue Steamers". The album and photos are in excellent condition. There are also ID'd civil war CDVs in the album as well.

Very Early Mezzotint of a memorial to noted English Statesman Charles James Fox (b.1747-d.1806). Fox was known as an Abolitionist who worked globally for the cause. Period lemon gold frame. Measures 7 1/2" by 9 1/2' (sight).

 

 

 

Early watercolor and pencil  portrait of a young girl signed C.A.  and dated Feb 26,  1833. Original period frame. Measures 6" by 5 1/2" (sight).

 

 

Early mechanical desk top calendar in silver. Only marking is "95". Stands 5 1/4" tall by 4 1/4" wide.
