A rare original 1828 copy of the Proclamation of THANKSGIVING DAY by the honorable Governor of Massachusetts Levi Lincoln. An original cut signature of Lincoln's accompanies the framed proclamation. Framed in a later Victorian walnut frame. Measures 28" by 24".
