Fred, a well known Maine antiques dealer and auctioneer, started his business in 1969, along with friends Chris Huntington and Ross Levett, as partners, at EZRA PETERS Antiques in Mt. Vernon. Fred, Chris and Ross were pioneering folk art, country furniture and fine art dealers, who had great "eyes" and were always willing to share their considerable knowledge among collectors and dealers alike. That is still true of all three, even today! Fred's collection reflects his superb eye in searching for fine folk art, country furniture and accessories in original surfaces and especially American Indian material!
